Terms and Conditions for DoubleGood.in:

Payment Methods: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. Indian customers can make payments through UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and Bank transfers only. For international payments, we accept Stripe, bank transfers, and credit card/debit card payments (Preferred method).

Replacement Policy: We offer a replacement policy for our products. Once you place an order and the payment is successful, we promptly ship the products. However, adverse weather conditions might cause slight delays in delivery.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made are non-refundable. Refund requests cannot be entertained once the payment is processed.

Worldwide Shipping: We provide shipping services worldwide. International orders should use the preferred payment methods mentioned on our website.

Courier Selection: We aim to deliver the best shipping experience based on your location. Our website offers multiple courier options, enabling you to choose the most suitable one for receiving our Double Good products.

No Credit or Post Payment: We do not offer credit or post-payment options. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, we receive the payment, and the order is auto-processed. Confirmation of payment with the bank may take 3-48 hours. Once payment is confirmed, we pack and ship your order to the provided address. You will receive an auto email with tracking details on your registered email. Please note that replacement requests can only be accepted before we ship your parcel, not after.

While all-natural and organic products undergo thorough cleaning, it’s important to note that not all rice will be 100% whole grain; some may be broken. Naturally grown rice is more susceptible to breakage.
