Prices below are per Kg, ex-Dehradun and exclusive of GST. You choose how to pay for your bulk order: an 80% advance today, with the remaining 20% balance collected once your consignment's weighbridge receipt confirms the final delivered weight — paid before your order ships — or 100% today, with nothing more expected later. Either way, payment is processed securely through the same checkout used for retail orders, and if the weighbridge-confirmed weight ever differs from what you ordered, we settle that (usually small) difference separately, regardless of which option you chose. GST is charged in full today either way: per item, orders over 26 Kg are GST-exempt (0%), while 26 Kg or under are taxed at 5%.

Everything you need to know about how to bulk order Himalayan grains from us — paying for your order and what happens with freight once it ships.
Most of what we deal in is sourced directly from the Himalayan belt — natural, seasonal produce that takes time to collect and consolidate before it can be brought down to our dispatch point in Dehradun, or on less frequent occasions Haldwani. Because of this, 100% of the product value is settled before your consignment is loaded onto the freight carrier — we do not load cargo against a pending or partial balance. Choose either of the two accepted structures:
Pay 80% as an advance, and the remaining 20% once the shipment's exact weight is confirmed at the weighbridge during loading.
Pay the entire 100% of the product value upfront in a single payment before loading.
Because our produce is collected from the higher Himalayas, gathering and consolidating a full consignment can take a little time — where possible, we'll share an indicative timeline with you in advance. Once your consignment is ready to move, we intimate you 2 days before it goes to the transport/cargo point, so that if you've chosen the split-payment route, you have time to arrange the remaining 20% against the weighbridge receipt taken at the time of loading.
Both structures are accepted, and either way the full 100% is completed before the cargo is loaded onto the freight carrier.
Once product payment is complete (by either method above), the shipment moves on a "To Pay" freight basis. We don't prepay the logistics charges on your behalf — our logistics partner collects the freight amount directly from you at your destination city or town, either at the time of delivery or before the consignment is released from the local branch or godown.

We have several repeat buyers from all over India. In the lower half of this page, you can see the proof of our past shipments.
Place your order with 100% payment to our company account — or, on orders of 3 tonnes (3,000 Kg) or more, with just 80% advance.Usually, we ship within 15 days to collect and bring the material from the higher Himalayas to Dehradun – Uttarakhand – India, or on occasion to our Haldwani collection point. If you have any transport arrangements, we can deliver to your designated transporter, else we can ship via VRL cargo.
We will intimate you of our truck arriving from the higher Himalayas 2 days in advance so that you can arrange for the remaining 20% funds to be remitted to us after we send you the weigh bridge receipt.
Once we send you the weigh bridge receipt we would need the remaining 20% funds, only then will we unload the material in your designated transporter’s warehouse or at any pre-decided transporter’s / VRL warehouse. We will send you the invoice with all details mentioning of the sale and send you the Lorry receipt.Deal is complete.
